Join us at the 7th Annual Wine Festival at Steamboat! The Festival annually attracts over 3,000 attendees and is viewed as the “can’t miss” event of the season. With nearly 800 wines, spirits, beer & some of the region’s finest restaurants showcasing their talents, be sure to have the Wine Festival at Steamboat on your calendar for August 5th – 8th, 2010.

Thursday, Grand Tasting: Kickoff Celebration
The crowd favorite returns as we kickoff the weekend festivities in style! Once again, we return to the top of the Gondola for this year’s kickoff event. For those new to this event, the Kickoff provides our patrons with access to some great wines, wonderful views, delicacies and entertainment. Limited to just 300 people, this is the quaint event where you can spend some private one-on-one time with your favorite winery or friend. Thunderhead Lodge. $125/person.

Friday, Grand Tasting: Stroll of Steamboat
One of the favorite events of the weekend! You and your wine glass can enjoy downtown Steamboat as you casually meander up and down town sipping, swirling and shopping. The Stroll route takes attendees down to the beautiful Yampa River to mingle and share more wine. Each Stroll stop offers a different variety of wines and delicious culinary samples, allowing patrons to familiarize themselves with the many restaurants and retailers Steamboat has to offer. Will Call is located at the Courthouse. All along Steamboat’s Main Street. $65/person.

Saturday, Grand Tasting: Toast of Steamboat
An impressive gathering of domestic and international vineyards, gourmet food purveyors, live entertainment, and an array of luxury-related vendors are featured at this annual event. Enjoy the cooking demonstrations on the outdoor stage as well as live music. This event continues to grow in popularity with over 1,500 attendees anticipated. Join us in sampling from a multitude of wines and an array of local restaurants. Will Call is located outside of the Festival entrance and opens at 2:00pm. At the base of the Mountain. $90/person.
